What does Before Cana offer?
Before Cana is for single men and women seeking a relationship or currently dating. Young adults meet for an evening of breaking bread, prayer, listening to lectures and having group discussions. Before Cana is hosted by Fr. Anthony Jelinek, the Director of Family Ministry at Marytown.
Most dating couples spend more time planning the marriage ceremony than they do on planning their marriage. This fact is a reason why we believe Before Cana is such an important ministry.
There is no fee to attend Before Cana, just a willingness to build a healthy relationship.
We meet with Fr. Anthony once a month, usually on the last Friday of the month.
